CLASS

Body Intelligence focuses on developing physical and emotional intelligence. Class utilizes Allan Wayne Work exercises to build physical and mental stamina.These repetitive, circular exercises condition the muscles and fascia while unveiling emotional availability, eroding habitual tension and preventing injury.


There are guided creative movement explorations that allow you to fully experience your impulses and freedom in the body.  My focus is to guide you towards greater embodiment and empower you to become your own teacher. 

My classes are infused with concepts from Allan Wayne Work, Alexander Technique, Fitzmaurice vocal technique, integral anatomy, Lucid Body, yoga and modern dance.
